Terms & Conditions for a travel with MG Tours

1.Conclusion of the treaty

1.1The contract with MG Tours takes place at the moment of the reservation and of the payment to the travel agency. From now on the following AVRB are valid

1.2Particular desires can be included in the contract only if they are completely accepted and confirmed by the tour operator.

2.Price, conditions of payment and fees

2.1The prices can be seen on the prospects and on the price lists. They are to be comprehended, if nothing else

is mentioned, as prices per person in Euro and in the case of overnight stay per person, for two people in a

double room.

2.2The complete payment have to be made within 15 days before the travel begins.

3.Changes, Annulment, Client`s renounce to the trip

3.1Changes and annulment of the reserved programme have to be notified by the client to the tour operator through registered letter. The received and no more useful documents have to be given back immediately.

3.2For a change or an annulment of the reserved trip the tour operator brings a handling charge of 120Euro maximum, per person.


3.3For an annulment of all the trip or parts of it, there will be together with the handling charge following costs for the annulled trip:

31-16 days before the trip begins 30% of the price

15-9 days before the trip begins 50% of the price

8-2 days before the trip begins 80% of the price

1-0days before the trip begins 100% of the price

The annulment is valid if it will be communicated to the tour operator during the office hours. If the client doesn´t inform the tour operator with a valid notification, he has to pay the complete price.

3.4The participants of a group accept that their trip through the annulment of a single participant can become

eventually more expensive.

4.Substitute-traveller

4.1When the client annuls the trip, he can find a substitute traveller if the tour operator accepts it.

The sustitute-traveller must accept the conditions of the contract.

5.Annulment of the trip through the tour operator

5.1If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour operator can cancel the trip within 30 days

before the trip begins, if nothing else is marked on the confirmations. The same can happen because of extreme force, strikes or official measures, the tour operator has also the right to cancel the trip for other reasons.

6.Interruption of the trip through the client

6.1If the client interrupts the trip before its end, the sum can be given back. All the benefits that he didn´t receive will be given back.

6.2The tour operator recommends to the client to take out an insurance.

7.Liability

7.1The tour operator is responsible, according to the Art. 14ff of the Law for all-inclusive trips, for accurate choice, organisation and realization of the defined programme.

7.2The tour operator is not responsible for delays or flight-changes and for the relative costs.

7.3The tour operator is not responsible for theft and loss of valuable things, money, cheques, credit cards or for their abuse.

7.4The tour operator recommends to the client to take out a corresponding insurance.

7.5The tour operator is absolutely not responsible for extreme force, strikes, agitations, war or terror attacks or for every kind of official measures.

The client must collect pieces of information on possible dangers, that can be connected with the journey.

8.Entry regulation, Documents and Visa

The client is responsible for the documents and the visa. If there is an entry refusal the client must pay the costs for the return trip.

9.Applicable law and court jurisdiction

9.1For the law relations between the tour operator and the client is applicable the German law exclusively.

9.2 Court jurisdiction for institute proceedings against MG Tours is Erlangen.
